The preservation of this landmark Art Deco building was completed in June 2013 after two years of construction. The project transformed the former Jamestown Hospital into Lutheran Social Services Legacy Center.

Twenty of the units in this project offer rent subsidy to lower income tenants (earning no more than 50% of area median income, and who are at least 62 years of age). The project is designed to ensure that these tenants will not pay any more than 30% of their income for housing.
